After harvesting, the white sesame seeds are hand-sorted one by one, washed, dried in the sun, and then pressed with a stone mill to extract the oil. The extraction temperature is approximately 15℃. Cold pressing creates a living oil rich in antioxidants without destroying the ingredients. The living oil is not filtered and only the supernatant is bottled. The oil will be delivered to you in a dormant state by packaging it in a light-shielding bottle and filling it with nitrogen.
